Abstract
A compound selected from those of formula (I): ##STR1## wherein: PA1 R.sub.1 represents hydrogen, optionally substituted alkyl, cycloalkyl or heterocycloalkyl or a group of formula (G): ##STR2## PA2 wherein A.sub.1 represents single, --CH.sub.2 --, --CH.sub.2 --CH.sub.2 -- or --N(CH.sub.3)-- or oxygen or sulphur, and X.sub.1 and X.sub.2, which may be identical or different, each represent carbon or nitrogen, PA1 R represents hydrogen or linear or branched (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6)alkyl, ##STR3## PA1 represents a saturated ring having from 4 to 7 ring members, PA1 n represents integer wherein 1.ltoreq.n.ltoreq.6, PA1 Ar represents aryl or heteroaryl, its isomers, N-oxydes and pharmaceutically-acceptable acid or base addition salts thereof.
