Abstract
The apparatus comprises at least one movable member (1) for the reception of the thread, a coupling arrangement (2) and a winding (3) which produces a magnetic field and is intended to produce different polarities in the coupling arrangement through which the magnetic flux passes and to bring the coupling arrangement into engagement with the member. The member (1) consists of magnetic or non-magnetic material and the coupling arrangement (2) of ferromagnetic material. The apparatus ensures a reliable coupling at high rhythm.
