Abstract
The present invention relates to a microgranule prepared by using an alkali compound as a stabilizer for a 5-pyrrolyl-2-pyridylmethylsulfinylbenzimidazole derivative having the following formula (1), which is a very effective antiulcerative but highly unstable under acidic conditions, and by using a water-soluble polymer as a binding agent. ##STR1## in which PA0 X, R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3, R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 are defined as described in the specification.
