Abstract
This invention relates to a process for monitoring the flow rate of oil that is injected into a two-stroke internal combustion engine where the oil is injected independently of the gasoline. According to the invention, the oil flow rate is based on a temperature that represents the heat load of the engine. More specifically, this temperature can be that of an element that constitutes the engine, such as that of the spark plug gasket.
