The invention concerns new guanidine derivatives of formula (I), methods of preparing them and their use in drugs containing compounds, of formula (I), wherein ##STR1## wherein x is --NH--NH--CH.sub.2 R.sub.1 and R.sub.1 denotes C.sub.8 to C.sub.20 alkyl.
