Abstract
Compound of formula (I): ##STR1## wherein: PA1 n represents 2 or 3, PA1 R.sub.1 represents optionally substituted alkyl, cycloalkyl or optionally substituted phenyl, PA1 R.sub.2 represents amino, optionally substituted amidino, optionally substituted guanidino or optionally substituted isothioureido, PA1 Ar represents aryl or heteroaryl, PA1 X.sub.1 represents hydroxy or optionally substituted amino, PA1 isomers thereof, and also salts thereof with a pharmaceutically acceptable acid or base, and which PA1 medicinal products containing the same/are useful as trypsin-related serine protease inhibitors.
