Abstract

The invention relates to novel phenyl-substituted cyclic ketoenols of the formula (I) ##STR1## PA1 in which PA1 Het represents one of the groups ##STR2## PA1 and G, V, W, X, Y and Z are each as defined in the description, PA1 to processes and intermediates for their preparation and to their use as pesticides and herbicides.
