Abstract

This invention relates to certain spirocyclic compounds substituted with both basic and acidic functionality, as shown by formula (I): ##STR1## wherein Q, L, A.sub.i, B.sub.j, R.sub.0, R.sub.3, R.sub.10, m, n, p and q are as defined in the disclosure, which are useful in inhibiting of platelet aggregation.
