Abstract
The siloxane compounds represented by the following formula: EQU SiO.sub.a (OH).sub.b (OR.sup.1).sub.c (OR.sup.2).sub.d wherein 1.0.ltoreq.a.ltoreq.1.6, 0.ltoreq.b<0.3, 0.2.ltoreq.c.ltoreq.2.0, 0.ltoreq.d.ltoreq.1.4, 2a+b+c+d=4, R.sup.1 is a methyl or ethyl group, and R.sup.2 is an organic group different from R.sup.1.
