Abstract

A method for treating diseases which involve interaction of neurokinin B with NK.sub.3 receptors in humans. The method comprises administering a therapeutically effective amount of a NK.sub.3 antagonist compound having the formula: ##STR1## in which: R.sub.1 and R.sub.11 together represent a --(CH.sub.2).sub.3 -group.
