Abstract
##STR1## A compound of formula (I) wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 each is hydrogen, hydroxy, C.sub.1-4 alkoxy, C.sub.1-4 alkoxy-carbonyl or C.sub.1-4 alkyl which may be substituted; R.sup.3 is hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy or C.sub.1-4 alkoxy which may be substituted; or adjacent two R.sup.3 may form C.sub.1-4 alkylenedioxy; R.sup.4 is hydrogen or C.sub.1-4 alkyl; R.sup.6 is C.sub.1-4 alkyl which may be substituted or a group of the formula (A) wherein R.sup.5 is hydrogen of R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 may form heterocycle; and n is 0-5, or a salt thereof, has an excellent GnRH-antagonizing activity, and is useful for preventing or treating sex hormone-dependent diseases.
