Abstract
Compound of formula (I): ##STR1## in which: PA1 n is 1 or 2, PA1 X represents alkylene, alkenylene, alkynylene or optionally substituted arylene or heteroarylene, PA1 R.sub.10 represents hydrogen or alkyl and R.sub.11 and R.sub.12 together form a bond, or alternatively R.sub.12 represents hydrogen or alkyl and R.sub.10 and R.sub.11 together form a bond, PA1 R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 each independently of the others represents hydrogen, alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, alkoxy, alkoxycarbonyl, aryl, arylalkyl or aryloxyalkyl, or two of R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 form a cycloalkyl radical. Medicinal products containing the same are useful in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
