Abstract
The present invention relates to novel 2,3 disubstituted-4(3H)-quinazolinone compounds of the formula I: ##STR1## wherein, R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are as defined in the specification; and to the pharmaceutically acceptable salts of compounds of formula I, and to pharmaceutical compositions and methods of treating neurodegenerative and CNS-trauma related conditions.
