Abstract
The S-isomer of a compound represented by the following formula: ##STR1## and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof is disclosed as being useful for treating urinary disorders, including urinary incontinence, and gastrointestinal disorders, including gastrointestinal hyperativity.
