Abstract

The present invention provides a low gloss powder coating composition comprising a polyester having hydroxyl and carboxyl groups and glycidyl-containing acrylic copolymer, the copolymer having a T.sub.g less than about 55.degree. C. and a number average molecular weight greater than about 8000.
