Abstract
The invention concerns a pseudopeptide compounds selected among the set constituted by: PA1 (i) the compounds of formula (I): ##STR1## PA2 in which: PA3 A.sub.1 represents a single bond, D-Arg or L-Lys; PA3 A.sub.2 represents L-Pro or trans-4-hydroxy-L-Pro (4Hyp); PA3 A.sub.3 represents L-Phe or L-thienylalanine (Thi); PA3 Y represents a hydrogen atom or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 alkyl group; PA3 X represents a sulphur or oxygen atom; and, PA1 (ii) their additive salts. The invention also concerns the preparation and use of this compound and its additive salts in therapy.
