Abstract
The invention relates to a process for enhancing the melt strength of polypropylene comprising the steps of: PA1 mixing the polypropylene with at least one peroxydicarbonate; PA1 reacting said polypropylene and peroxydicarbonate at a temperature between 150.degree. C. and 300.degree. C., with the proviso that the peroxydicarbonate is not in the form of an aqueous dispersion.
