Abstract

Compounds of the formula I ##STR1## wherein X, Y, Z, R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are as defined in claim 1, and their salts and solvates, can be used as integrin inhibitors in particular for the prophylaxis and treatment of circulatory disorders, for thrombosis, cardiac infarction, coronary heart diseases, arteriosclerosis, for pathological processes which are maintained or propagated by angiogenesis and in tumour therapy.
