Abstract
A pharmaceutical compound of the formula ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are each hydrogen, halo, cyano or methyl, PA1 the dotted line represents an optional double bond, ##STR2## where R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 are each hydrogen, C.sub.1-6 alkyl, cyclopropyl or cyclopropyl-C.sub.1-6 alkyl, PA1 n is 0 or 1, and PA1 R.sup.3 is --SR.sup.6, --SOR.sup.6, --SO.sub.2 R.sup.6, --COR.sup.6, --CH.sub.2 OH or --CONHR.sup.7, where R.sup.6 is C.sub.1-6 alkyl and R.sup.7 is hydrogen or C.sub.1-6 alkyl; provided that when one of R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 is hydrogen and the other is fluoro, ##STR3## PA1 R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 are each hydrogen or C.sub.1-6 alkyl, PA1 and n is 0, PA1 then R.sup.3 is not --COR.sup.6 or --CONHR.sup.7 ; and salts thereof.
