Abstract

An order apparatus for print which does not require an index print, allows required printing order of frames to be designated and allows watching a replayed picture of the film. When a developed still film is set, plural frame pictures of the film are read out and stored in a picture memory to output picture signal showing plural frame pictures to a picture display apparatus to thereby display plural frame pictures. Accordingly, when designating the frames to be printed on the display apparatus by means of a touch pen and also designating the number of prints of the designated frame, the order information regarding print will be recorded in a record medium. The order information may be recorded on a modifiable recording medium on the developed film. The order apparatus for printing may include a card reader for reading order information including the number of prints per frame number written on an order card by a user. The order information may be recorded in the recording medium in accordance with confirmation of such information from a user.
