Abstract

Compounds of the formula I EQU cyclo-(Arg-X-Asp-R.sup.1) I in which PA1 X is Gly, Ala or NH--NH--CO, PA1 R.sup.1 is a radical of the formula II ##STR1## PA1 and R.sup.2,R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 have the meanings indicated in claim 1, PA1 and their salts, PA1 can be used as integrin inhibitors, in particular for the prophylaxis and treatment of disorders of the circulation, in thrombosis, cardiac infarct, coronary heart disorders, arteriosclerosis, in pathological processes which are supported or propagated by angiogenesis and in tumour therapy.
