Abstract
A piezoelectric element has inner and outer electrodes in electric connection to one another for oscillating a pressure vessel through an oscillating plate connected to the piezoelectric element. A circuit substrate having an ink jet driver IC and the piezoelectric element are connected to each other via electric bonding members provided between them.
