Abstract
The invention relates to a switching valve (10) comprising a valve body (20) in which a flow passage (24) is formed which opens with its one end into a work space (42). A valve plate (44) is accommodated in the work space (42) and can be moved between a closure position and an opening position. A closure element (50) is arranged between the valve plate (44) and the opening (26) of the flow passage (24) and closes the latter when the valve plate (44) is located in its closure position.
