Abstract
Novel compounds of the formula I which are useful for treating or preventing inflammatory and immune cell-mediated diseases. Exemplary compounds are:2-(3,5-Dichlorophenyl)-7-(R*)-phenyl-7a-(R*)-tetrahydropyrrolo[1,2-c]imidazole-1,3-dione;2-(3,5-Dichlorophenyl)-7a-(R*)-methyl-7-(R*)-phenyl-tetrahydropyrrolo[1,2-c]imidazole-1,3-dione; and, 7-(R*)-(4-Bromophenyl)-2-(3,5-dichlorophenyl)-7a-(R*)-tetrahydropyrrolo[1,2-c]imidazole-1,3-dione.
