Abstract
A method of preparing a photothermographic material, comprising a support having thereon at least a layer, the method comprising the steps of:coating a coating solution containing an organic silver salt, a photosensitive silver halide and a reducing agent on the support to form a coated material andsubjecting the coated material to a thermal treatment at a temperature of 40 to 120° C. under a tension of 0.01 to 30 kg/cm2.
