Compounds of the formula I  in whichA is ═N— or R1 is hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, bromine or methyl;R2 is C1-C4alkyl, C1-C4haloalkyl, halogen, R6O—, nitro, amino or cyano;W is a group  or  andR3, R6, R14 to R24 and X3 to X9 have the meanings given in claim 1 and the agrochemically tolerated salts and stereoisomers of these compounds of the formula I are suitable for use as herbicides.
