Abstract
The present invention relates to compounds of the formula 1 and to pharmaceutically acceptable salts, prodrugs and solvates thereof, wherein Z, X, X1, R1, R2 and R3 are as defined herein as it relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing the above compounds for the treatment of disorders mediated by angiogenesis in mammals by administration of the above compounds.
