Abstract
Isoxazole-sulfonamide endothelin antagonists of formula (I) below having good affinity for endothelin receptors and selectivity for ETA over ETB are described herein. Such compounds are useful in the treatment of conditions mediated by endothelin, in particular, conditions mediated by endothelin ETA.
