Abstract
A battery connection plate a manufacturing method therefor is provided. A terminal (5) and a busbar (9) are insert-molded in the plate body (2). The terminal (5) is screw-connected to an electrode of a battery with a nut. The terminal (5) is provided with a hole portion and a projecting portion having an opening communicating with the hole portion, and the opening faces in the screwing direction of the nut. Otherwise, the plate body (2) is provided with a pin portion and projections arranged on both sides of the pin portion, and the terminal is provided with a through hole for the pin portion. The projections are positioned adjacently to both sides of the terminal, and the terminal is secured to the plate body (2) by melting the pin portion and the projections and by transforming them. The terminal body is formed integrally with the busbar (9) with use of a metal sheet, and the busbar (9) is formed by double-folding back the metal sheet, wherein the terminal body is connected to the busbar through a narrow portion.
