Abstract
A multipurpose exercise and stretching apparatus includes a leverage system and a base platform. The leverage system includes a first component having a plurality of spaced apart horizontal bars; a second component having a foot support and at least one foot stirrup for supporting a foot; a third component having at least one lower grasping bar in a spaced apart relationship to the foot support component; a fourth component having a pair of opposed vertically extending angled grasping bars; a fifth component having a plurality of spaced apart horizontally extending overhead bars mounted on at least one overhead support member; and a sixth component having a plurality of spaced apart angled overhead bars.
