Abstract
This invention provides substituted 1,2,3,4-tetrahydronaphthalene [3H]-emopamil binding site inhibitors useful in the treatment of neurological disorders. Such inhibitors are compounds of formula (I) wherein R, R1, m, R2 and n are as defined in the specification. The invention also provides pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds, methods of using such compounds and methods of making such compounds
