Abstract
Compounds, compositions and methods that are useful in the treatment of immunoregulatory conditions and disorders are provided herein. In particular, the invention provides compounds which modulate the function of a Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription (STAT) protein. The compounds are represented by the general formula: wherein Y, Ar, X, A2, A1, R1 and R2 are defined herein. The compounds are useful to treat, for example, allergic and inflammatory conditions and disorders.
