Abstract
A muffler in which in order to reduce a harsh high-frequency component exhaust noise as exhaust noise of a vehicle, and relieve a feeling of discomfort due to the exhaust noise, on at least one of an inner plate and an outer plate, a plurality of dot-shaped convex portions 15 and dot-shaped concave portions 16 are provided, and the convex portions 15 and concave portions 16 are alternately arranged to be surrounded with each other. Furthermore, the convex portion 15 is connected to the concave portion 16 by a curved surface.
