Abstract
PROTEIN PURIFICATION IThe invention relates to processes for preparation of substantially pure antithrombin-III (AT-III), the antithrombin isoforms AT-III&agr; and AT-III&bgr;; and/or histidine-rich glycoprotein (HRGP). The processes comprise separating the said proteins on a cation exchange gel wherein the cation exchanger group is attached to the gel matrix via a linear polymer chain.
