Abstract

Recombinant antibody proteins are provided that specifically bind fibroblast activation protein alpha (FAP&agr;) and comprise framework modifications resulting in the improved producibility in host cells. The invention also relates to the use of said antibodies for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes and methods of producing said antibodies.
