Abstract
An organic electrolyte and polymer is provided wherein diffusivity of mobile ions is enhanced; and a lithium primary battery, lithium secondary battery, polymer secondary battery, and electrochemical capacitor, is provided which have increased capacities at a low temperature.A non-aqueous electrolyte and polymer electrolyte, wherein a fluorinated solvent having a fluorinated alkyl group, of which the terminal end structure is an unsymmetrical structure, is mixed with the electrolyte, is provided for use in various applications.
