Abstract
Insoluble, only slightly swellable popcorn polymers containinga) from 50 to 99% by weight of styrene and/or at least one monounsaturated styrene derivative,b) from 0.1 to 40% by weight of at least one N-vinyllactam or N-vinylamine andc) from 0.1 to 10% by weight of at least one difunctional crosslinking component,the stated percentages by weight of the individual components a) to c) summing to 100%.
