Abstract
The use of an adhesive tape as a bandaging tape for cables, the cables having a PVC-free sheathing including a PVC-free backing to at least one side of which a pressure-sensitive, acrylate-based adhesive composition has been applied, the adhesive tape causing no damage to the sheathing when bonded to the cables at a temperature of at least 100° C. and for a duration of at least 240 h.
