Abstract
This invention is directed to acyl piperazine derivatives, for example, of the following formula (Ia): wherein R1a, R2, R3, R4, R5, and R6 are described herein. These derivatives are useful as anti-inflammatory agents. This invention is also directed to pharmaceutical compositions containing the derivatives, and methods of using the derivatives to treat inflammatory disorders in humans.
