Abstract
The invention provides compounds of Formula I: compounds of the Formula I: wherein R1, R2, R4, R6, X, and W are defined herein. These compounds may be in the form of pharmaceutical salts or compositions, may be in pure enantiomeric form or racemic mixtures, and are useful in pharmaceuticals used to treat diseases or conditions in which &agr;7 is known to be involved.
