Abstract

A powder composition for preparing aqueous coating agents, characterised in that it containsA) 15 to 30 wt. % of one or more melamine resins,B) 3 to 30 wt. % of one or more polyhydric alcohols,C) 10 to 50 wt. % of one or more phosphates and/or polyphosphates andD) 3 to 40 wt. % of one or more chloroparaffins and/or melamine and/or melamine derivatives and/or dicyanodiamide.
