Abstract

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition which comprises at least one crosslinked, water-soluble or water-dispersible polyurethane formed fromA) at least one polyurethane prepolymer having terminal isocyanate groups, andB) at least one polymer having isocyanate-reactive groups selected from hydroxyl, primary and secondary amino and/or carboxyl groups,at least one of components A) and/or B) being soluble or dispersible in water and at least one of components A) and/or B) comprising at least one siloxane group,and the salts thereof.
