Abstract
As a novel technique, which gives selective photoligation in high yield and enables ligated site-specific photocleavage, as well as free and reversible control of photoligation and photocleavage, a reversible photoligating nucleic acid of the following formula (1): is used to control photoligation and photocleavage to and from biofunctional polymers freely.
