Abstract

Compounds of the formula IR—Q—X  I,in which R, Q, and X are as defined herein, can be used as integrin inhibitors. In particular, compounds of formula I are suitable for the treatment of disorders caused by implants, defects, inflammations and of osteolytic disorders such as osteoporosis, thrombosis, cardiac infarct and arteriosclerosis. These compounds are also suitable for the acceleration and reinforcement of the integration process of implants and biocompatible surfaces into tissue.
