Abstract

The invention relates to novel peptide derivatives, called memno peptides, of the formula (I): wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, R8 and (A)n have the meaning herein, obtainable by cultivation of Memnoniella echinata FH2272, DSM 13195 or mutants and variants of this, a process for their preparation and the use of the compounds as pharmaceuticals, for example against cardiac insufficiency.
