Abstract
A wire roll dispenser apparatus utilizing a base member having a surface contacting foundation. The base member also includes a platform element which extends outwardly from the foundation member. A plate of a certain in mass and engages a plurality of projections which span the plate and the surface element. The plate and surface element form space for a wire roll which is unrolled for use.
