Abstract

An electroluminescent device comprises an anode, a cathode, and an emissive layer having a polymer luminescent material disposed between the anode and cathode, the polymer luminescent material includes diarylanthracene-based conjugated polymer having a repeating unit of the following formula: wherein:Ar1, Ar2, and Ar are each individually aryl or substituted aryl of from 6 to 40 carbon atoms; orAr1, Ar2, and Ar are each individually substituted heteroaryl or unsubstituted heteroaryl having 4 to 40 carbons.
