Process for obtaining mixtures of phosphoric mono- and diesters having the formula:[Rf—CF2—(CH2)q—Z]w—P(O)(OH)3−w  (I)HO—[OH(O)P—Z—(CH2)q—CF2—O—Rf—CF2—(CH2)q—Z]v—P(O)(OH)2  (II)wherein:w=1-2; v=1-6; q=1-20;Z=O(C2H4O)p—, O(CH2)n—O—, O(C3H6O)p—, S(C2H4O)p—, S(C3H6O)p—;n=1-20; p=1-5;Rf represents a (per)fluoropolyether chain;Rf in formula (I) is a monofunctional perfluoropolyether chain wherein the chain end group is selected from: CF3O—, C2F5O—, C3F7O—, Cl(C3F6O)—, H(C3F6O)—.
