Abstract
Nucleic acids encoding mammalian, e.g., primate, IL-1&zgr;, purified IL-1&zgr; polypeptides and fragments thereof. Binding proteins, e.g., antibodies, both polyclonal and monoclonal, are also provided. Methods of using the compositions for both diagnostic and therapeutic utilities are provided.
