Abstract
A remanufactured and reassembled laser printing device process or toner cartridge and method of manufacture in which a recharged and reassembled process cartridge is ultrasonically resealed, without the use of replacement energy director elements, by ultrasonic welding at the location of the original manufacturing ultrasonic weld using residual material from the original energy director elements.It is emphasized that this abstract is provided to comply with the rules requiring an abstract that will allow a searcher or other reader to quickly ascertain the subject matter of the technical disclosure.
